Greyhound Pets of America (GPA-SW) is an all volunteer, 501(c)(3) organization that reorganized in January 2020.    Our mission is simple:  To place retired racing Greyhounds in safe, loving, forever homes as pets.

Looking for other ways to help? Donate!

GVV is always in need of:

  • Collecting cans
  • Donate wet and dry dog food
  • Donate treats
  • Donate leashes and collars (Martingale)
  • Toys! Grey's love squeakers!  

Looking to Adopt?  

Here is the process:

  • Look at our available Greys! 
  • Come to one of our events
  • Learn about Greyhounds needs, behaviors, health considerations
  • Fill out an application
  • Prepare your house 
  • Expect an in home visit by a Greyhound volunteer 
  • Start a love that will last forever.

Our adoption fees have increased to $400 per hound help recuperate some of the additional cost it takes to bring the pups in from other states and to cover vetting for each dog.
